Dashboard
When you first log into Actionrev you are presented with a dashboard. The dashboard gives you instant information about your operations:
- Graph overview of where money is in your operations
- A list of open tasks
- Quick links to work orders, invoices, and more
Customers
Let’s start by adding a customer. Click on the link above in the menu called “Customers” or open:

You’ll find a list of customers. You can easily search or add new customers here.
Items
Items, located by clicking “Items” from the main menu, lists the things for sell, repair, or service. From this list you can search, add new items, or view the transactions.
You can have unlimited items in your database.
Estimates
Estimates are located in the “Estimates” section of the main menu.
You can use estimates to track potential jobs or to hand quotes to your clients.
Under each estimate you can collect notes and even add pictures.
Once you’ve confirmed an estimate, you can create a work order or invoice from it. All your information, notes, and pictures will still be available.
Work Orders
Use “Work orders” to track the service or labor for a customer. You can track time by employee using the “Track Time” feature.
Directly create a PO when you don’t have enough items on hand.
Create an invoice when you’re ready to bill.
Invoices
“Invoices” make it simple and easy to bill your customers. Create an invoice from existing estimates or work orders, email them a PDF receipt and click “Complete” to check it off the list.
You can track cores that need to be collected later. Shipping locations are available. This is handy when you active online shopping from your Actionrev account.

After you sign up and create your Actionrev account you’ll be able to administer your account with other users.
Actionrev exports to Quickbooks and imports items from CSV Excel files.
